Will it fit??

Here is Sofee modeling her big brother's sweater. I have it completed except for the "sleeves". It is fairly large on her, so I am hoping that it will fit him. It is so difficult to make something shaped like this without a pattern, and to get it to fit. At least it is for me - others may think it an easy task!

It is made from KnitPicks superwash "Swish" WW wool, so should be warm for him. The color is "Sand Dune" - this was the only machine washable wool of WW that I had - so easy choice. I had intended to made the neck a mock turtle neck, but my daughter (Herky's mom) liked the "Elvis" collar affect. You can't see in the picture, but the collar is spread open in the front - can stand up in the back for wind protection - and the "Elvis look". I will post another photo of it on Herky - here's hoping for the best!!!

That is just the cutest doggy sweater (and cutest doggy too). Now I can see how much bigger Herky is than Sofee - sorry for the misidentification! I need to make 2 of these for my daughter...she has a Chihuahua and a dachshund/rat terrier mix that are both tiny and shiver even inside sometimes.
