If a Snake wore socks.....

this has to be what they would look like...don't ya think?? This finishes the most recent Six Sox group KAL. The yarn is Lisa Sousa's over 68st. on Pony Pearls 2.25 needles. The fit is perfect. Snug, but comfy...probably fit just like snake skin!!

Next, Shirley and I are going to do a KT and make the "Fluted Bannister Socks" from the pattern archives of the Six Sox group. Once again, I am going to use a Lisa Souza yarn. Denim this time, so I expect a much subdued finished product.

You know what they say about variety....

I really love the way these turned out Kathy! The yarn and pattern were just made for each other.

Very nice even if the yarn does resemble a rattlesnake.(LOL) Seriously, the yarn is exactly correct for this pattern and as usual, your knitting is perfect. Can't wait to start our KT FB socks!

Magnificent! I think you'd win hands down - they DO look like snakes - and you matched them perfectly :-) I'm doing the fluted bannister socks after I finish the SSS too.

Your socks are very striking! I love the yarn. I have never heard of Lisa Sousa?? Is it superwash?

Tiger snakes? They look great. I'm wishing I hadn't chosen to skip this pattern.
