I must be living right!.....

My concern when I started my Monkey socks using off-white Silja, was the question of yardage. Would I have enough? Obviously, I had some back up plans, but - well, it must be clean living!! I have exactly 8 inches left from the 1st skein! Now - the real question - will the remaining skein have as yardage for sock #2??? I'll let you know....

And, progress continues on the Jaywalkers. I am working on both pair simultaneously. I have never done that before, but I somewhat like it!

Your socks are coming along nicely! I love how the Monkey pattern looks in the solid off white yarn! Hope you have enough yardage in your 2nd skein.

I love the Monkeys in white! The Jaywalkers are looking good too. I just may have to knit them after all.

Working two or more pair at the same time can be very addicting! I won't tell you how many I have going but it isn't more then 5!

OH, Wow! That was really close! Good luck w/ sock #2! and I like the colors of the Jaywalkers.

I've started swatching two yarns: The Austerman Step I bought at the Village KnitWit several months ago & the Opal in blues/greys that I got a few weeks ago in IC. Don't know which I want to do first. Last evening I was thinking... Hmm, maybe I could work on them both at the same time - especially since I'm thinking about using the same [fairly generic] pattern for both. -- Jakki
