Well worth the price of admission

Since my fiber stash is getting a little hmmmm... "out of control" shall we say, I decided to document it all in Ravelry.  I have "most" of it in there.....at least most of the pretty stuff.  My theory is that it will help me remember what I have....and what I need to spin up prior to buying more.  Hmmmm.... I'll let you know how that works for me.  :)

It also gives me an opportunity to try out some of the things I learned in my recent photography class.  I do believe it was money well spent - that class that is.  Well, the fiber is well worth the money also.

I hope I remember my camera settings, so I can take nice photos of the new braids that should come in today's mail.  LOL..... yep.  I'll let you know how this new plan works out!

Per Judy's request:  my Ravelry name is "KathyInIowa"....no, I've never been known for my originality!

Beautiful! You must have lots of spinning in your future, Kathy. I love the red, orange, green, and yellow one. Are you able to tell how something will spin up by looking at the fleece? How about sharing your Ravelry name?

Beautiful, both the fiber and the photos.

Great photos AND great fiber! Swoon!
I only put my handspun as stash on ravelry, because I put it away in bins, so I can see and remeber what I have. My fiber would take too long.

I agree with Pat - you are a professional photographer! All the photos are really beautiful. Did you remember your camera settings? (LOL) Flickr records them automatically (just in case).

Can't wait to see these spun up :-) Especially the "brown/turquoise or teal"

You'd better get busy girl! You've got some serious spinning to do. I'm starting to acquire fiber too. In fact, I was out looking for a larger bin this weekend.

You ARE getting better with your photography, Kathy! The fiber is gorgeous so I guess the light box really does help capture its beauty.

I'm taking a Drop Spindle class this summer so that will probably start me spiraling downward into getting a wheel. I need to bring 2 oz. of wool roving. What is your favorite so far?

The Birds look good! Are these your first pair of them?
My grand dog, Dander, ate one of mine. :(
They were too big and I didn't size them. My hands are small.
