"Nuttin but knittin" - that says it all, with an occasional deviation into the real world.

Time will tell.....

but I am Hoping that BG will like and actually wear these mittens.

All winter, he has torn his mittens off as quickly as I could put them on.  The only time he sat patiently with mittens on, was once when I went to pick him up from preschool.....and the mittens were NOT his!!!  Little stink!

This is a free pattern from Ravelry.  I used KnitPicks Swish DK, and 3mm dpns.  I think they will fit him.   I saw Elaine's (Feb 3rd post) set that she made for her grandson, and I was totally in love with them.  BG is a big Nemo fan, so.....well, I'll let you know!

It's so hard to tell with kids isn't it? So far I've been lucky and Isobel has only refused to wear one sweater - until her mother told her it was a school sweater and could only be worn at school! Yes, adults can be sneaky too! Those mittens are adorable. If he won't wear them, will they fit me? I have small hands.

Thanks for the links to two fun mitten patterns. I love the Chrysanthemums and the colors you chose. Your blue/green yarn is great also! Your lucky friend is in for a treat!
