I finished "The Dog Who Danced" late last night, and Sofee had to endure some extra hugs. Don't worry, it has a happy ending....just made me appreciate her a little more I guess. I'd highly recommend this one for any dog lover. The story is light, but hearing things through the dog's voice is at times spot on to what Sofee must be thinking.
"House Rules" is another of Jodi Picoult books, which I enjoyed very much. Guess this one made me appreciate my healthy grandson.
And this one caught my eye, probably due to the London Olympics. It's a British novel.....and just a little quirky I think. Not too far into it. I'll let you know. I'm grateful that we were able to travel to England a few years ago. I love being able to say "I've been there!" when I see someplace on tv. These Olympics have been extra fun for me for just that reason.
Off to get my DIL's sweater and watch the Olympics with the hubbs tonight. I will hate seeing them come to an end.......

Good books to put on my list! We've been to London multiple times and my son and his wife were married on the London Eye, so it all brings back such fond memories. Hubby and I were just talking today about what we're going to do because we have been glued to the TV! I think we'll have withdrawal.
So glad to see you...I loved catching up on all your projects..great mittens with nice colors. Stay cool, for me it's been a long hot one too.
Sounds like some good books; now if only I could read and knit at the same time. The Olympics have provided good knitting time, eh?
