"Nuttin but knittin" - that says it all, with an occasional deviation into the real world.

As promised!.....

It's a Sweater! And, it fits! Cool, huh!!
Stats: "Must Have Cardigan" by Patons. Yarn is Cascade 220, colorway is Doeskin. I used 7 skeins (I bought 10!). Knit on Size 7 Knitpicks Options.

This is the first sweater that I have made that I have had to block, seam, and worry about fit. I have made a few others, but they were knit in the round and oversized by design. I am very happy with the outcome!

Thanks to all of you for the inspiration that I see on your blogs, and the supportive comments that you have left for me. Thanks especially to: Shirley, (for being the best knitting pal in blogland), Pat, (for technical guidance), and Marguerite, (for doses of common sense).

Gee .. I sound like I have won an academy award or something????? You guys don't know how much I stressed over this - and how happy I am right now! LOL!! (or, maybe you do) :)

I have just one word - WOW! OK, more than one word because the sweater (and you) are drop dead gorgeous. You deserve the Oscar of knitting. So, to echo Marguerite - now what? You can do anything!

I'm SO PROUD of you, Kathy! Way to go! And, did I say that I am very, very impressed? I can't believe how quickly you knit this sweater. Now I REALLY want to knit it. I like the color. Did you use Patons Classic?

Absolutely gorgeous! You look great in the sweater and the fit is perfect. I am sooooo envious because I still have two sleeves to knit and don't know if mine will fit. You are my best knitting pal too so I know I can count on your encouragement to finish. I just hope mine will be half as nice as yours!

This is beautiful, and a perfect fit in every way. Maybe someday I'll get brave enough to try something like this-but not yet!
